added a note about this document being for cycle 3 and linked to the cycle 4 version.

added version 0.31 to the top and this to the changelog, reflecting what's occurred. 9 January 2011 * Dr. King changed the grading scale to Pass/Fail from A/B/C/.. and added "Course Description" and "Course Objective" sections.

Charlie: Please write an introduction to the course that explains what you mean by "Collaborative Lesson Planning." The students were confused. They thought that there was going to be someone to work with, also you need to state the outcomes that you expect from them after taking the course. The grading scale needs to be changed. It needs to be measurable. Also it needs to be pass/fail instead of A,B,etc. Thanks for asking me to respond.
