I am currently a student in the doctoral program in the College of Education at Texas State University-San Marcos, in San Marcos, Texas, United States.  My major area of study is adult, professional, communication, and I am beginning to narrow my research study down to Queer Pedagogy in the field of Adult Basic Education.

I write poetry and work for a local theater as an artistic director, actress, and musician.
