Over the past 23 years I have worked with 25 client organizations from a variety of markets and sectors (inside and outside the United States).  My roles varied.  For nearly half of my career I was a learning director.  In addition, I was a program manager responsible for the deployment of enterprise wide learning technologies and training curricula.

I have a Ph.D in instructional systems design and a Masters degree in educational technology.  I have a Bachelors degree in radio, television, and film production. I worked in Hollywood California for 3 years as a producer and assistant director.

During the last 23 years I have worked exclusively in the area of learning and development and knowledge management.  I have published 13 articles in well-respected trade journals, won the award from AECT for the best dissertation of the year, and won the award from the World of Learning for the best elearning solution (the British Telecom Social Learning Initiative called Dare2Share).
