I taught dance for over twenty years and owned my own studio for fifteen years.  I finally took the leap and changed my path a bit as I want to help others transform their lives through love, compassion, joy and a deeper spiritual connection.  I have co-authored a few books and I am currently working on a more indepth one.  I write a daily blog and regularly write articles.  At this time I am completing my graduate degree at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology.
