Just tried to take a theme I heavily modified at a development site and load the original theme to the live site, making the modified theme a child theme of the original. Must've done something wrong. Just went ahead and launched with the modified theme so I guess using/creating child themes would be a really beneficial addition to the course for me!

ooh, yes! how to backup a WP site and how to restore or install WP from a backup. for example, to move a site created on a development server to a different live server. this would be really handy.

Here there are some questions that I would like we could answer along this course:

* How to make the wp-login's url would be not known (security)
* How many plugins can be put into a wp installation without being slowed, and hw we can measured it? (in general terms)
* Which are the basic plugins to make WP a CMS
* Wich is the best way to cache the entire site, is always necessary?
* How to give the nos admin users permissions to play with some kind of plugin or custom options (users and permissions)
* Which is the best plugin to turn WP in multilingual and, if known, which are the best tricks to implement it (WPML, qTranslate...)(internationalization)
* On the text editor:

* How to put custom styles in the text editor so that users can use them(classes) without setttting the Extended TinyMCE and not put all the styles style.css
* How to make the editor do not put unwanted "p" or "br" labels
* How do to not put p labels around images
* How to avoid the editor's issues when going throw visual or html tabs. For example, lost a google map iframe put in the html tab.
