Graphic designers, unite! Help us make P2PU awesome

Go back to: General discussion

Hello everyone,
As some of you might've heard of, we're working on the new version of the P2PU website.
It's nickname is Lernanta - you can find more about it on p2pu-dev and github.

Here's a HTML version: http://p2pu.brianloves.it/

We're in need of awesome people to help us with the graphic designs of some missing pages.
So that's why I'm calling you - cause I know you're awesome.

This a bit of the story behind it:
------
During the Techsprint last year in November, Aleksander (a designer from Polland) and I worked on general graphic design/visual identity for the home page and started some ideas for the Course Home.
The main objetive for the Course Home is to display basic tools and information ("the bare minimum").
This includes course title, description, avatar, course organizer info, navigation links and an updates panel (Twitter or Facebook-like).
There was also the idea of having a drag-and-drop list with Activities related to the syllabus, where people could re-organize course tasks on their personal availability.

Please notice that these are some of the ideas we had; no need to take these as strict or 100% obligatory. No restraints.

So, what we need to design now:
- Course Home layout
- 'About' session (refer to the footer in the homepage)
- Fine tunning in the Home page (details as color codes, etc)
- Take a course/Run a course forms pages (refer to the Tech List to see some of the ideas already thought of)
- Schools themes/colors (same layout, different visual identity)
-------

Thing is: We need people responsible for each task as well as deadlines.
So, if any of you are interested in having such a huge and important platform as P2PU on your portifolio, this is your chance!

Ping me and I'll send you the Dropbox invitation with the editable files.
Thanks,
João
