Hi guys,

as explained before, the idea of the Peer to Peer review in this course is that each of us receives feedback about their blog posts from at least 2 other people every week.

Blog posts should relate your learning experiences (or frustrations!) during the week. You can write as many as you want, and they are expected one day after the weekly meeting.

Pairing and discussion sessions

Hey guys, opening this thread to organise pair programming meetings and reading materials discussions.

If you get stuck reading some parts of the documentation, please do not wait until a weekly meeting to bring all that up.

I am always up for meeting people on a regular basis (using whatever communication system you want) and I hope you guys can do it too.

I'll be happy to pair (as in pair programming) with anyone at the community server, or meet to discuss any issue related to the course.

Communication channels

Hi all, alhtough we will be using the community server at http://owf1.virtualnorthstar.org:8080/wonderland-web-front/

for our weekly meetings, what other communication channels will you guys be happy to use?

We are obviously also using the forums at P2PU, and there is also a chat channel for us to use. I also hope you have all subscribed to the main wonderland groups, as there is a lot of good info in there.

Would you guys be happy to use gmail chat, skype, etc? Please let me know!

If there's anything that is not well explained int the tutorials, or something you just want to have a discussion about, you can shout (loud) in this thread!

Documentation issues

Hi guys,

opening a thread to talk about documentation issues such as what's there and what's not, some confusing documents, dead links, and so on.

It would be great that as a byproduct of the course, we could smooth down a little bit the entry level for future developers.

So far I have noticed that there is no tutorial for creating components so have decided to start writing one in the community wiki:

it seems that we are all over the world so we will have to find times that suit most of us for weekly meetings.
I don't mind organising more than 1 meeting a week, as long as I can meet with all of you at least once a week.

Hi everybody!

José here; I'm the organiser of the course and a member of the Open Wonderland community for the last 10 months or so. It's my first experience as a P2PU organiser and I have also applied for a couple of courses, to be able to experience the process from different points of view (if I get accepted in nay of them!).

I'd love to here from everyone about who you are, what do you do, and what are your expections for the course.
