I dont mind being group leader for this scenario unless someone else really wants to do instead.
Have had a quick look over the scenario this afternoon. I think we should post our initial thoughts, questions and comments here first over this first week and then when the time comes to finalise the answer in the last week, we can move to Google Docs to edit it there and to reach consensus on the final answer to be submitted.

I think everyone should rather email me their answers and then I can combine it all. When done I can email everyone the final answer before posting it up on Friday morning.
