Go back to: General discussion
Hi all:
The plan for the course continues to be the same: find problems, solve them, post the solutions. If you get stuck, ask for help. This week's topic is "limits and continuity", which you should be able to find amply described in any self-respecting Calculus text book.
THAT SAID... given the fact that last week things were really pretty quiet on the forum at http://metameso.org/vanilla/index.php, I also want to ask you to follow up to this thread and tell me (and others) what your thoughts are about how you see things going in this course. If we're running into a brick wall it would be nice to know more about the brick wall -- I hope it's not the case, but I need to hear from you. Critical remarks would be much more useful than silence!!
(Tee hee, this matter of a brick wall reminds me of the idea of "limits" and "continuity"...).
