Summary
Music Theory 1 is an introduction to the fundamentals of music theory. This course is designed to lay the foundation for understanding music theory and how to apply it in a practical way. We will analyze various musical excerpts to help better understand how these theories have been applied in the past as well as their relevance today. Participants will be given reading and listening assignments as well as one major project.

I'm 24 from China,I had learned piano for 3 years when I was 10.I had music lessons on reading music ,how to sing ,how to play piano,music theory.But I haven't played it for a long time because of heavy study burden.I saw this course in an essay of Finace Time in China . I think Mozart’s Piano Sonata is in a C minor key.
