Browser: Internet Explorer 9 Beta

So far we could see the magics of the new Internet Explorer 9 only in a platform preview. Now that the Beta version is out, we can add it to the browser we will use and test through out the course and see, how the implementation of HTML5 and related specifications is.
Anybody know of a portable version yet? Or some way to install the beta alongside IE8...other than using a VM? I'm trying to decide whether to install the beta and just use IETester for IE8 testing, or to wait for some kind of testing solution for IE9.
From my experience using a VM is the cleanest solution. Personally I am not very convinced about the IETester or the IE standalone packages.
