Scheduling a conference could be complicated..
I'm Brazilian too. I believe making a conference would be good, but considering the deadline of course and the difficulties with the time, maybe we could just use the forum, think about an initial idea and define tasks.
Anyway, if you guys would rather to schedule an online meeting, please post your timezones (mine is GMT-3 - Brasília). We can also use the P2PU chat tool.
Greetings, folks. I apologize for being late to the party. I'm in the U.S. Eastern time zone (GMT-5). I'm fine with whatever chat tool you folks want to use. Personally, I like the asynchronous format, as I think it'll be hard to find a time when several people from several time zones could collaborate. A simple message board like this one would probably work just fine.

My only idea was to create something like a puzzle.
Then when you put the pieces together you can see the picture of present - which was submitted by the sender.
