Week 4 - June 28 - July 4 The business of online journalism
The session will begin with an overview of business models and legal issues around online journalism including Creative Commons and other innovations.
The session may include guest participants TBD. Participants will discuss the issues and relevant readings.
Real-time feedback and help with projects by the group will be encouraged and organised depending on availability of time.
By the end of this week you should:
- Have begun or should make significant progress on the collection of the materials for the reporting or interview(s) for the projects.
- Post project progress on the group blog.
- Review other projects' progress and post feedback and support on the blog.
- Projects should be begin publishing and promoting parts of their projects and interacting with the public.
