The title CAT Behavior and Attitudes of Johns is a misnomer. Unless CAT is an acronym for other words??? Cat is for feline, for feminine. Denotes gentle and passive. The johns and crimes with the postings contradict any acts and any intent to be gentle, feminine or passive.

E.Benjamin Skinner wrote specifically and brought the reader first hand with his subject matter. Very informative and with great clarity.
Unfortunately, his last 'accounting' on the Administration was 2008, the up to date question is what has the present Administration 'done' to end slavery.
Must have a balance and open objective to know the real and present action to end slavery.

Hi Mary,

I agree with you that the present administration should actively engage this issue. However, I'd add that pressure should also lie at the state level with governors, mayors, and even city councils being held accountable for the activities that are taking place in their respective states.

I'm actually going to go out on a limb and make a controversial assumption: I suspect that this practice is highly networked at all levels of society, including even within select corrupt law enforcement circles.

It seems that, in addition to legislation and leadership from the top, we need a cultural overall within society that reclaims human life as universally equal. More specifically, resources may differ greatly from region to region but that in itself should not overshadow the fact that exploitation of the poor and disenfranchised is more strategically networked than the world wide web itself. I realize that anyone, from any socioeconomic background, can be victimized. However, I suspect that one of the reasons that all administrations can so casually disregard this issue is because poor and "valueless" humans have never been a social priority. However, we have to care enough to apply pressure at the state, local, and federal levels. This is as much a moral as it is a legal matter. Let me know what you think.
