Learning about inspiring people in maths, the arts and sciences is terribly exciting for me. It makes me realise that so much is possible. If you have any interesting links about people or anything related loosely to what we are doing, please post them here!
I will kick this off with Alan Kay, computer scientist, educational pioneer and jazz guitarist.
He has an amazingly elastic way for weaving education, creativity and computing into a single fabric. Here, he presents at TED:
I've been reading Jan Nordgreen's site (linked from the classroom 12 wiki page) and I think this page fits in very well.
