Problems autoinstall plugings

Dear mates,
I have some problems with the pluging auto-instalation of this WP version. It does not conect with my server using my password to upload the files and install the Photo and galleries plugin. I´ve been surfing and found some information about this problem but i could not solve it. I am a newer folks, so I keep a basic knowledge.
Someone can help me?.
