Self-Introduction:
This is my second time organizing this course and I'm looking forward to building on what we did last time round. I think we have a really strong group from a wide range of backgrounds, and I hope I can find ways to work with everyone and make sure they get what they want out of this course. I hope there is activity every week and by the end of it, we'll have a bunch of lesson plans uploaded and a sweet Collaborative Development Methods document to teach others how to Collaboratively Plan Lessons.

Sounds excellent Charles. I looking forward to new ideas on collaboration and I think the idea of everyone working on the Collaborative Development methods document is fantastic! I am also excited to learn from you with all your experience in multiple countries across the world.

Thanks for the kind words Celaina and Erich.
Charles--for week 2 we are to publish a lesson plan online, correct? Where would you like us to publish it? I'm not familiar with any websites that let you upload/publish lesson plans. My only thought is to put one on my class blog, but I like to include tips for SPED students on my lesson plan, therefore, I don't want to put that out there for all my students to see. Does that make sense?
Where do you see people publishing lesson plans?
Thanks!
Celaina,
That does make sense. I have started a guide on how to upload a lesson plan, its here:
http://danoff.org/ledive/index.php?title=How_to_upload_a_lesson_plan
does that help?
Yes, this helps. Thank you! I will be working on uploading one this evening.
I published my Week 1 review on my blog here: http://www.danoff.org/leftinfront/?p=1603
Published my weeks 2 and 3 review on my blog here: http://www.danoff.org/leftinfront/?p=1612
Thanks for the summary - and I loved the "Girl Talk" article!
That Girl Talk article was excellent. I saw Girl Talk perform in Lawrence, Kansas. One of the things that I remember the most about the concert is how all of the fans were allowed to go onto the stage and dance all around the performer (Gregg Gillis) while he just went crazy bobbing up and down to the beat. It is similar to how accessible our Free Culture movement aims to be, with people directly interacting with and remixing artists. Very much "on the level."
I like that connection from fans dancing on stage 2 the Free Culture movement. Props.
Celaina: I would love to see your lesson plan. How can I do that? Thanks for all of your ard work and effort. Dr. King
Combined week 4 review and week 5 preview into one snazzy document and put it in the Course Material section. Please have a read and let me know if you have questions/suggestions/critiques or follow accordingly http://p2pu.org/general/node/15138/document/26766
