Describe one scenario which you currently experience in which copyright is a factor in the use of learning materials.
Do one of the following:
- Prepare an information sheet for educators dealing with this scenario, identifying relevant issues, exceptions and/or blanket licences;
- Write a letter to your Minister of Education identifying the issue and suggest ways in which the law may be improved to deal with it. Refer to copyright law in other countries where appropriate;
- Prepare a plan on how OER can be used to overcome any copyright obstacle in this scenario.
