we are soon getting into the sixth and last week of this course. As planned, we are happy to have Wouter Tebbens -
founder of the Free Knowledge Institute (FKI) and the Free Technology Academy (FTA) as our guest. Following our tradition, we invite you to pose somne questions for him here: http://piratepad.net/opengov-questions-tebbens, and to join us in a synchronous meeting at the end of the week. He thinks that the case of the Free Technology Academy might be especially useful, if you you want to pose specific questions regarding p2p, governance etc.
Wouter is available to meet us on March 16th. 3pm GMT (4pm CET) would be ideal for him, but he said that he can adapt. That meeting could be a wonderful opportunity for reflections on some of the topics we have started to examine along the way. I am aware that the time might not fit all of you, I am sorry about this, but it is really a challenge to find a time that suits us all, including our guest.
Please post some questions for Wouters!! He is keen to respond.
Hello guys!
Wouter responded to the first question raised by Charles. He hopes you will consider it useful. As he does not know yet what other questions you will be posing, he put in a lot of keywords that you might find useful to continue with.
He is looking forward to your questions!

Hello guys out there!
do you have few more questions for Wouter?
I added my questions to the pad and will join the conference tomorrow. I am in Michigan on eastern standard time and we just "sprung ahead" one hour this past weekend. I wanted to make sure 11:00 am EST is 3:00 pm GMT as I don't know off hand how "daylight savings time" changes the offset. Will an invitation to the conferencing tool be sent out - it indicates precisely how much time remains till the start of the conference call.
Dear Dan,
here is the link to the meeting: http://oufm.open.ac.uk/fm/b7ac61-2873
The time is 3:00 PM GMT No daylight saving time at the moment here.
Looking forward to seeing you at the meeting.
That was a good interview with Wouter. Good cross-polination and reality check. Too bad I had no mic or cam and had to type all my questions and comments into the chat window.
Thank you Dan for participating actively, despite the non-functioning mic:-)
I really hope that this meeting is only the start for more networking and cooperation with Wouter.
As usual, for the benefit of all of us (and the all cyberworld), the recording is here: http://oufm.open.ac.uk/fm/b7ac61-2873
Some notes from the meeting will follow.
