From the talk, it came out that we all need to think and decide about the following issues, before week 2 starts (February 2nd):
- What do we want to accomplish by the end of the course (the course outcome)?
- Which tool(s) is/are better to to our work? Joe has installed a blog, but depending on what you decide that the course outcome should be, we can change accordingly.
- What organizations do you want to examine? what questions can you ask?

are we using etherpad to start to write about all these issues? doing this job in the forum will result in a big mess, I think.
