Examples

Jorge had the thought (and others agreed!) that it would be good to come up with examples. So posts in this thread can be short descriptions of projects that tried to implement open governance, and some discussion about how it went. Posts can also go on the blog as warm-up writing exercises :)

it is about time to start to think about projects you are interested in and would like to do a little analysis on. P2PU is still an option, but feel free to choose different organizations - like Civicsense did, for example, choosing a bug reporting case.
