Fascinating video clip, some of us may have come across this before :)
would be interested to know if anyone has any thoughts on this.

Thanks for the video clip Maya. I liked it. For me, it summed up on how we are leveraging today's technologies to enhance and share knowledge
Can only echo Adil, here -- really interesting mix of familiar (but uncredited) voices. Perhaps a bit techno-utopian, with shades of Henry Jenkins, but there's certainly nothing wrong with that. And I like the student/video ethnography work Wesch has done elsewhere (e.g. http://youtu.be/tYcS_VpoWJk) -- interesting perspectives on the changing landscape of Higher Ed.
Yeah, I too felt that voices could do better..haha, but I believe there are some thought provoking questions that was raised which would initiate a lot of debate and dialog. The thought of anyone having access to change and edit information online can be misused especially if a fact is altered. For example, if someone added to Wiki that a cat has four legs and someone edits it from four to two, will someone be looking at this and correcting it instantly? I mean this is an obvious example, what if it involves facts that not many would know. It does pose a risk to students if they believe everything that is written there. I am not sure how this is moderated...
